Yes. Lock and unlock it in the app, whenever you want.
Where can I use the card?
Wherever VISA is accepted: in store, online and abroad.
What do I need to open an account?
A valid ID and your smartphone. You do the rest online.
How soon can I start paying?
The request takes a few minutes. Your account is active within 24 hours.
Can I pay with my smartphone?
Yes, with Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What is the virtual card?
It's the digital version of your VAI CARD. You find it in the app and use it right away for online purchases.
How are online payments protected?
With 3D Secure: you confirm every online purchase. And you get a notification for every payment.
How do I access my account?
From the app or with the Go to my account button, at the top of every page.
